Set up stalls from 08:00-10:45.

End time: 16:30 (NB: this is subject to change if we experience extremely bad weather on the day)


  • Please note that we are unable to provide power for our stallholders
  • All bookings must be accompanied by a current insurance certificate (not required for car boot or veteran cars)
  • Food vendors must also provide a hygiene certificate
  • All stallholders must park in designated areas or risk being asked to leave the event
  • Strictly no mobile food vans permitted

Bookings will only be confirmed when the payment is received. Stalls will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please use your name as reference for the BACS transfer or write on back of cheque.


Don’t forget to send your insurance (and hygiene certificates for food stalls) to us when making your booking.
