Driving to the Feast – there is a large car park accessed by turning left from Reading Road as approached from Rowstock roundabout. Please do not attempt to turn right into the car park from Reading Road as this will create significant traffic jams at the busiest times of day. The Reading Road vehicle access point is ‘Entrance Only’. Upon exiting the car park you will be directed through the gap in the treeline, through the recreation ground and towards Wantage Road. Please park and drive safely with consideration to pedestrians and other vehicles.
There are two entrances to the Feast: If arriving on foot, entry is through the small recreation ground car park off Westfield. If arriving by car, look out for the large overhead sign marking the pedestrian access point at the side of the field.
Entry fees – we kindly request that each adult buys a programme as entrance to the Feast. This contains some interesting editorial plus a detailed site map and order of the day. We have kept the price at a very reasonable £3 on the day or £2 if purchased in advance from the local newsagent, Bob’s butchers and the Harwellian. Entry for children is free.
This year we are trialling the use of card machines on the gates but as we all know the internet can have its limitations, especially in remote areas, so please have cash ready just in case, the exact change would be appreciated too.
Sustainability – there will be several recycling bins on site, please deposit your waste into the correct bins where possible. We will also be offering a 10p refund for hot drinks purchased from the pavilion, if you provide your own suitable reusable cup.

2022 date changed
The committee had their first planning meeting this week and in looking at the detail decided to change the date of the Feast to Saturday 4 June. This will allow for more village events and activities over the long weekend. We apologise for this change and hope you can still support us.
Booking forms for stallholders and other contributors will be available on our website from mid-January 2022.
