Vintage car bookings are now closed

We have now closed the bookings this year for vintage cars and have reached capacity for both inclusion in the parade and for showing on the field.

To avoid disappointment please only arrive with a pre booking. Unfortunately, those without a booking will be asked to park in the main car park or be turned away. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Stall holder booking form is now closed

Due to high levels of interest we are closing stallholder bookings as all pitches for outdoor stall holders are now taken.

If you are interested in booking a marquee craft stall do send us an email. We still have a small number of spaces left and will process your booking via email.

If you have already booked a stall and are unable to come please get in touch so that we can reallocate your pitch.

If you would like to book a car boot please send in an email as we do have space for these.

Fun Dog Show

This proved to be so popular last year that we are holding it again, in the main arena at 1.45pm.

Register your interest by completing this online form. Confirm your interest on the day by visiting the Information Point by 1.30pm and making payment. £2 per dog per category.

Please remember that dogs need to be on a lead at all times, unless in the arena during the dog show. Water is provided just outside of the pavilion.

2024 Grants awarded

Following a successful Harwell Feast, villagers from a diverse range of Clubs, Societies and Charities joined the Feast committee at the Harwellian last week to receive their Grant Awards.

  • Harwell Primary School £1,500
  • Harwell Bowls Club £1,000
